You cannot prevent homicides with police. That's a fact. In 90% of homicides, perpetrators have some form of relationship with the victim and are intent on killing them. A police officer's presence is irrelevant. They'd do it in front of a cop.

You cant even effectively solve homicides with police

Especially in places like this

Chicago in 2018 solved like 23% of what are mostly black victim homicides in black neighborhoods because no one talked ever and in 2019 just started writing them off to get their rate overall in the entire city to just above 50%

No one talks. No one cares. Why put the effort in anymore.

Correct. There's little incentive for anyone involved. These guys are running a business and don't give a damn about collateral damage.

One of the worst things I remember was the killing of 5 year old Brianna Allen in New Orleans.

Not only were the shooters convicted, but her father (in the picture) got a life sentence for drawing rival gang members to him as a result of his dealing.

No shite BRPD isn’t the problem. It’s the people in NBR that don’t care about human life but scream black lives matter.

No, the point being that terrible stuff happens outside of NBR, but don’t want to admit it happens in SBR. Y’all just sit in a bubble and sh$t on NBR.
