I used to think these things were some sort of game or joke. While I don't really pay them much mind, I certainly won't engage in anything to do with them. A couple of classic sayings come to mind:

I haven’t been to a full exorcism but what I’ve been to I’ve seen enough
And the demons don’t die - sometimes they appear at your beside at 3AM. Evil is here on earth whether or not you want to believe.

I know someone who played with tarot cards and dappled in the dark side. Nothing fake about it. Thankfully, she’s out now, but evil followed her for a while.

Don’t get mad. You Said the priests aren’t lying. I asked how you know, and you said because you work for the Church. I’m not sure how I was cherry picking your statements. Yeah, when it comes to demonic possession, I’d like to see it before I believe it. I’m not sure how asking for proof in respect of supernatural explanations is “terrible”. Otherwise, we’d still believe that thunder and lightning is caused by god or the gods being angry.

So is clearly stating what you mean. You said that you haven’t been to a “full exorcism” (not sure what a “full” vs a partial is), but you had been to something. You didn’t expressly say “smaller” exorcism. Again, what are the distinctions? Sounds odd.

To those who don’t think exorcisms are real or this is all just mental illness.
Consider yourselves lucky that you haven’t needed a closer relationship with God up to this point in your life.
