So if BLM/Antifa or whomever was rioting in various cities had instead plotted to kidnap a sitting governor or other elected official you would have been here supporting their actions.

You know by now you're just dealing with a lot of guys who think they're badasses. Tough talkers. Like someone said, if Roe/Wade was repealed and a SCJ kidnapped, they are the same tough guys who would want the kidnappers hung. It's all disingenuous rambling.

You are actively supporting terrorism in this thread.

You do realize this, right?

Did you know you can understand why someone would do something, even if you disagree with it?

I don't think this is a proper response for all I disagree with. You're being disingenuous again.

I'm not sure if you're being willfully ignorant of the simple point I'm trying to make, which is that you're suggesting that if people disagree with an elected official, it's ok to kidnap or harm them. And that people disagree with the elected officials you support so you would be ok with them getting taken out too? Or is it just ok in one direction?

but how do you not see that rationalizing that approach to disagreement derails our entire democracy,

You're acting like it's just a simple disagreement that has gotten us to this point.

This is a one off opinion on this specific person. Stop trying to project it elsewhere.

I'm reading the complaint and it is a bit and seems like more than the typical dreamers who get caught. On edit, Lake Orion is mentioned in it. Used to be trashy with mostly country baws, but is generally a nice Detroit suburb. Another is from Luther, which I had never heard of. Looks like a pocket in the middle of nowhere in west Michigan. Another is from Cadillac, which is a decent town up north, but definitely has some trash.

you said, "can you blame them?"

yes, yes we can

if you disagree with them, you should probably say that - not "can you blame them?"

Yes, as in I don't blame them for trying, even if I disagree with them.

Just as in I don't blame a father for trying to beat a person who raped his daughter to death, even if I disagree with him doing it.
