The bags are designed not to leak. Most of them have multiple smaller bags that fit inside the larger bag. If you want extra insurance you can wrap the smaller bags in garbage bags and duct tape the shite out of them.

Not a TP situation but I was poured on at a horse show and my saddle conditioner turned into slime. Had a lot of trouble staying on. My dad took off his socks and his undershirt so I could wipe the slime off. I’m glad he followed your rules.
