Let's be honest here. I think it is perfectly reasonable to believe that current welfare programs and funds (and drug sales) are the money sources.

I’m sure this was one of the lead stories on every morning show right? Any “news” “anchors”reporting live on the scene in Dumas with flashing lights behind them, etc?
