It’s terrible and getting worse

The NFL along with the media (especially espn)

Continues to defend the horrible officiating in the NFL

College football is even worse

I understand why the NFL and the NCAA defends the terrible officiating

Why does espn and other media take the side of terrible officiating?

Why does the networks have “expert retired officials” on broad casts now

To explain why the calls on the field were “good”?

The integrity of the game is at stake

Now the NFL endorses gambling

The integrity of the game is at stake

If the NFL wanted to fix the horrible officiating

They could

The technology is available

They NFL does not want to fix the terrible officiating

The officiating works perfectly for them. Vegas tells them who needs to win. The officials make just enough “questionable” calls to achieve the desired outcome, without completely destroying the integrity of the game. Everyone gets paid and no one gets arrested. But we all know it’s rigged!

The fact that the betting shite has gotten to the point it has, you’d think it would force them to make officiating better but it’s actually gone opposite.

I initially thought he was trying to fluff out a college paper to fit on more pages.
