You realize how lucky we are that the game was this close?

The offense line has shown they can play and im not reading too much inti it that there pressure all day.

On defense yeah they got gashed but they kept us in the game at the same time. They stayed on the field.

The Saints should have sucked today with the McCoy injury and no Taysom. You also had Patrick move to center, a position he's never play before and they fill a backup at that position, so it's almost two new starters.

We were setup for failure right off the bat. It's frustrating I know but this is a good team.

They were without aj and smith.

No excuses. We got outclassed. Which is unacceptable

Injuries are unavoidable in the NFL. Today, the loss of literally one player, McCoy changed the entire offense. An offense that only had to be slightly below average to win because the defense played so well. If the offense is just average today the Saints win by two TDs. The fact that they couldn’t muster anything close to that is concerning because there are going to be other games where key players miss time.

There is a caveat to the claim this is a “good team”. WHEN FULLY HEALTHY they are probably as good as anyone in the NFC. But the fact two guys being out took down the entire house of cards is concerning. It’s entirely possible the Saints don’t play another game this year where at least 1-2 offensive starters aren’t out/limited. That’s kind of the nature of the league. If that is too much to overcome the outlook isn’t good

The last two weeks convinced you that everything you knew about the team was wrong.

Both of those were easy TDs with slightly better throws.

I think he probably should have gotten one of those anyway but it would have been a fantastic contested catch. The other was nearly impossible with the defender having his hand basically in Shaheed's hand.

ETA: I'm going from memory so that may be suspect

Largely because we had 3 defenders run into each other. Some of these so-called fans want the Saints to suck so bad,
