What is this board's obsession with Gruden? He hasn't been a good coach in 2 decades. He has not coached a team to more than 9 wins (our win total this year with DA and Pete) in 2 decades. He has not coached a team to a winning season since 2008--the year after which he was fired by Tampa for being a shitty coach. He's 60 years old and his system is outdated. What am I missing here?

mainly, its a FU to goodell, yet everyone knows the last thing we need is to once again be targeted by the refs in every game.
they finally stopped rigging games against us just for spite, lets not do anything that might start that shite again.

Did they? There was a blatant PI not called I think in the first falcons game and the PI to give GB 70 yards to get back in the game

well we always seem to get screwed, but we definitely arent getting the 15+ penalties just on us every game like past years
even the announcers used to bitch about refs calling penalties on every damn play but it was one sided

Yeah the nfl would look great sticking it to the Saints over Gruden.
And I'm sure it would never affect Gru's decision to take it all the way to court with discovery for both sides. You know the NFL would love discovery in a hearing they don't control
