Winston in New Orleans and in Tampa what's the difference?

He was pretty bad in Tampa. I know he hasn't played a whole lot in New Orleans but he seems to be making pretty good decisions in the passing game not forcing the ball to receivers. Is it the coach or him not having the multi year contract yet?
No answer is wrong just wondering what your thoughts are. I seem to think its a part of all in the first paragraph.

Have you looked at his stats? I wouldn't call it pretty bad. 4-5k yards multiple times.

Your absolutely correct. But I think the stat of 32 TD and 31 interception in a season is horrible. My numbers might be off but I am close.

Arians almost ruined the kids career with that no risk it shite. I mean the next year Tom was on his way to career high INTs too before he shut Bruce's offense down. I mean look at the TD to INT ratio since he has been here.
