Why did the Saints move on from Bub Means again?

I may have missed something but why didn’t the Saints keep Bub Means on the roster? Especially with the injury to Tyson? I feel like he could have had a good season.

And he's constantly hurt. Tough to carry two wide receivers with injury issues. 3 if you count Olave but last year he was better. Except for random fricking arse blood clots out of no where
