i love when at the game I can hear many people saying "Brees is off this game"...I remember when 300+ yards and 3TDs and no turnovers was a OMFG game for our QBs, now it is an "off game".

What is sad is that guys like Alejandro, Super Remo, slapouttiger, chRXis, etc can't enjoy it. They only post after losses or negative moments. They're going to look back in 20 years and realize that during the goldern era of the Saints they were whiny, critical bitches.

Of course, by then, they won't be Saints fans. They'll be on some other team's bandwagon.

I have been a SAINT my whole life. Growing up in SW LA, my brother decided he would "go with a winner" and has always loved the cowboys. I was just the opposite. I loved the Saints. I love them because they were from my State. All over the place you hear CRAP stories about how Louisiana ranks last in this or close to last in that and it STUNK. I am 36 now but I have never waivered in my love for these Saints. What I love even more is that Brees seems to be proud of Louisiana, New Orleans, and the whole region for the most part. Said "my kids were born here and this is where I want to be for the rest of not just my career but my life". Dude is Amazing. Yes I know it won't last forever but I sure as hell am gonna enjoy this ride.

i agree with everyone - it wasn't so long ago we had Billy Joe's, Aaron Brooks, Jeff Blake - although i really liked the guy.

Cliche useless point but it sure would be nice to have seen Drew and Payton with our Dome Patrol defense. I think the Dome's roof would come crumbling down on any given sunday.
