I know I'm in the minority but I am incredibly relieved to not have Watson going to the Saints. In addition to the assets it would have cost to acquire him in the first place, I would not have been able to cheer for them with Watson on the team. Some things are bigger than football. In addition to the allegations, Watson pretty much cratered an organization. (I feel somewhat similar about Aaron Rodgers, who I think has nearly cratered GB with his outsized contract.)

I am very happy we didn't pay him 50M a year and dump all of our 1sts. How do you build a team like that? (you can't)

Fair question. Winston was accused by one woman of groping her, apologized publicly and had various consequences including settlement and suspension. Not a big fan of his either but I find it in a pretty different realm than Watson's issues both in the degree and how he reacted.
