Go to overthecap .com
Click on 2025, and from there you can see the impact for pre 6/01 cuts or trades, post 6/01 cuts or trades, restructures, or extensions.
This will give you a cursory overview of the impact of whatever moves you want to make to the 2025 cap. Isn’t as clear about the impact to 2026 cap without some additional off screen calculations

Not a cap expert by any means, but I would cut the following post-June 1:
Derek Carr - saves $30M
Taysom Hill - saves $10M
Honey Badger - saves $6.25M
Juwan Johnson - saves $4.625M
Then trade Cam Jordan which could save $12.5M
Fire Loomis.

You need to get cap compliant by mid-March. You can designated 2-4 players as a post 6/01 cut; however, the full amount will hit the cap when you cut them, then you get the relief on 6/01.
Designating Carr as a post 6/01 cut means the day you cut him you have a $50M cap hit for the dead money. Then on 6/01 you get ~$29M in cap space. But, that ~$29M will impact the other roster moves and free agents the team can make between mid-March until 6/01.
*Draft picks would be fine because you really don't "have" to sign them until training camp.
Who the F is giving us anything for Cam? Especially with a base salary of $12.5M

The only trade we're making for Cam Jordan is sending him to a team PLUS a 2nd round pick, and taking a 7th back just to make it legal.
