So it's time to hate Whitlock again? I need to start keeping track.

Whitlock....why do we have stupid people like this. This is the only time that I approve of abortion.

How did Cardwell make it to Payton?

Considering most DB's, are black, and most QB's, especially the "beloved" ones are white why I am suppose to be shocked by this?
The rest of his article is pretty spot on.

Whitlock will just make another Black KKK article after the NBA All-star game and half the people in this thread will praise him for "telling it like it is".

I don't think anybody is saying that racism doesn't exist. On the other hand though, I don't think anybody thought "Oh no, a white QB just got picked off by a black DB"

i agree. also, this reporter always looks for race, even when its not there

yeah, I was in a room full of whities and we all yelled our asses off when Porter made the pick 6. That he was black and Manning white did not cross my mind, in fact, anytime Manning appeared on the screen I loudly hummed the theme to "The Munsters" to everyone's amusement

Wasn't he run off of ESPN and the Sports Reporters for being a A$$? Dude just likes to stir the pot, IMO, he's an Jerk and not worth my time.

Let me ask you something.
If a white columnist made that same statement, but it was a white cornerback, or linebacker picking off someone like Donovan McNabb, how would that go over? Remember when Rush Limbaugh made those remarks about McNabb? It didn't go over very well.
Porter did outsmart Manning, but race had nothing to do with it. We should all make a big deal about this article, the same way as if the roles were reversed.

*sigh*....Whitlock. Name should be changed to Whitelock.
1. It's people like him that will preach racial equality or spell out racial inequalities, yet he needs it to write sports articles. Without "race", he's not making a splash. It's the racial version of Skip Bayless, and he's done his job with us posting on it here.
2. The crux of his article is race-related, so does he bring up valid points? With the broad sweeping context he drops behind his "points", it purposefully takes away from his "valid" points.
People like Whiteylock depend on racism for power, so they'll never let this topic go. This is one of the many reasons why America will never be a racial utopia that some say they desire.

I saw Black and Gold take one away from the Blue and White.
Personally, it looked like Manning locked on Wayne really early during that play.
