What time will Superdome parking garage open tomorrow?

What time will they open the Superdome parking garage tomorrow. Using someone’s pass for the game and can’t find how early they usually open the gate.

I don’t know why the garages get a bad rap i use them every game and we are on the highway on the way home within 15-30 minutes
