What question would you ask Payton if you were interviewing him for an NFL coaching job?

I won't lie - I like the guy and think he is very good at coaching football. So if I was an NFL owner, I'd probably give him a shot.
But I would like to ask him to explain why he left the Saints' job before the end of his contract. I'd just like to hear what he says about it and follow it up to see his thinking process and his priorities.
