Hear me out. Maybe he always intended to go to ATL, but he decided he would use recruitment to cripple the Saints, a team he grew up hating. He strings us along, gets us to backload contracts and ignore other QB options, knowing the Falcons will be out of cap hell while we are entering it.
I know Loomis is a wizard, but he pushed basically all money on this roster back a few years.

The 22 civil lawsuits were all part of Arthur Blank's plans to ruin the saints, it makes so much sense now.
