Carr looked good tonight in his limited action. I wouldn’t shite all over Fresno State just yet.

He threw behind his receivers WAY too often last night.

Imo, Carr looked below average to average on his plays.
I just want him to deliver the ball with more accuracy. Not throwing behind receivers etc. The stats around expected completion percentage have always told the story on Carr. Those stats account for if a ball is thrown with accuracy into the window it should be an expected completion.
This stat shows during his career, he is dead in the middle average in the league on being able to fit balls into the necessary windows.
Hopefully he can improve his placement on his throws this season.
