I was hoping for 10-6 and playoffs but anticipating winning these first two games. 8-8 and no playoffs is the same as 0-16. This is the remaining schedule and I don't see us making the playoffs.

Let's go for 0-16. We are not a playoff or Super Bowl team. We need to rebuild this organization. I don't know if that includes Payton or not. But this organization has been on the decline the past four seasons. Every organization experiences this cyclical nature. Should have traded Brees and started over. We are not getting anywhere half assing this roster .

Yeah we're easily the worst team in the South and our best player is nearly 38 years old

that stretch where we start and end with carolina, we won't win a game. That'll push us to 10 losses and a high pick so that's good.

Giants have a good D, this game was on the coaches though, not Brees. I guess that 2 or 5 year contact will work out after all. I think we will have another wasted 8-8 7-9 year , too many tough non conference teams left to play.

I agree. This team won't be in the Post-Season.
