Lol not quite. He's up there though. I think Chris Johnson might be the fastest ever? There have been a few 4.2s

Chris Johnson ran a 4.24, Champ Bailey and Darrent Williams both ran 4.27, IIRC.

Flat out speed, probably Devery. Not that track speed is the end all but Devery was a track all-american at LSU. Although I think both Spiller and Cooks also ran awesome track times in college too.

There's 40 times, and there's full-gear, on the field fast.

On the field running a fly route, I'd have to say Devery Henderson was the fastest I've seen. He would just consistently toast anybody.
