Well I guess I would be charged with murder too because I definitely wouldn't let someone shoot first if they threatened my life by saying they had a gun waiting for me.

So you're going to sit her and tell me with a straight face that there were cars at this intersection, and within the 4 seconds of the supposed hit that the intersection cleared out to where no cars were visible from either angle? That means is a span of about 10 seconds or less, the light abruptly turned red, Hayes and a half block length of cars in front of him slammed on their brakes causing the accident, the light turned green, all the cars ahead of Hayes were able to drive away right out of sight.
Its so implausible, its kind of funny to even think it. That said, non of it matters. The guy shot him and that is a no no.

To be fair. You're just speculating like I am. There could easily have been some type of vibe between them while driving that short distance, just like there couldn't of been anything at all.
I haven't seen you speculate in favor of Smith yet man? What gives? What if there was beef? What if Will did feel threatened by his driving on Magazine? Those things could of easily happened just like you're saying they probably didn't happen.
I mean he did ram his car after the bump. The guy is clearly out of control before Will was right?
I'm on your side when it come to giving Hayes the benefit of the doubt, but I am also on Will's side of that doubt also.

You need to back up your BS with video proof that shows the Smith and Hayes vehicles stopped at the red light at the St. Andrew/Sophie Wright intersection because they weren't there yet. The hit and run happened half a block away from the intersection with the traffic signal.
The camera by Juan's showed only the Hummer, the Mercedes and 2 other cars following the Smith vehicle.
After the alleged hit and run by Will Smith, the Hummer doesn't do ANYTHING for about 15 seconds on the video. Smith then backs up and goes around him.
I don't know what his justification was for leaving the scene of an accident, but maybe during those 15 seconds, it didn't appear to be any damage to the Hummer.
Dead men tell no tales so Will cannot convey what happened in front of Juan's.
But I can certainly attest that there were no cars immediately in front of the Hummer in this video:

Maybe you should take a bus trip out of St. Bernard Parish to the scenes of the two incidents.

You don't have to let them shoot first.
I've been looking through case law on Westlaw. The standard for "imminent danger" is pretty high. Most of the cases you actually have to see the weapon or have some pretty fact specific prior knowledge that they are armed and they are pulling the weapon out.
A threat is nowhere near enough. Him telling him he has a gun and retreating to his vehicle is not enough.

They were arguing dipshit lol. Just because you wouldn't threaten someone with a gun during a heated argument doesn't mean that Will wouldn't. Originally there was only one gun on the crime and yesterday info came out that there was 2 guns so y'all should probably let this play out before claiming Will Smith as an angel

He could have been reaching for a cell phone.
Nobody is defending Smith's statement. He should have said he's calling the cops. But is doesn't warrant being murdered, which is clearly what happened.
