Aderall most definitely would help you when it's kicking in. That stuff is nuts to exercise on. It wreaks havoc on your BP and heart though and you drag arse once you're coming down. Probably pretty dangerous to take and play a professional high intense sport for extended periods of time I would imagine

Not if you're well hydrated before and drink water while on it. It's a stimulant, but isnt going to instantly drain you.
The euphoric state actually masks fatigue
If you're in great cardiovascular shape, working out on Adderall is an amazing experience
