I know this is me being pissed off in what I am about to say but if I was New Orleans I would just say frick the NFL and Goodell and I wouldn't put in another bid as long as that frick is in office. We have gotten the raw end with this bullshite. We spent 400 mil in upgrades to the dome so far! frick you Goodell!

Honestly, Tampa and new Orleans are idiots for even trying to bid. They had no shot, new stadium/dome trumps all bids.
