Wishing him a speedy recovery. Hope he wasn't being blocked by Peat when this happened.

Why does it matter who was blocking him?

So hopefully by the 4th game? That's not terrible. Even if it takes a little longer am early bye will help him to not miss another one.

Fractured Fibula tends to heal nicely. The fibula is a non weight bearing bone so you can break this bone and still walk. I've seen people miss 4-6 weeks with this injury. He will be fine

It's crazy how many of the rookie defensive linemen have been getting hurt.

No kidding. Rankins, Shaq Lawson, Reggie Ragland.
Not to mention Wentz just going down. Been a rough start through 1 week of Preseason for the rookies.

I hope Rankins gets better soon.

Whew! 4-6 weeks isn't nearly as bad as I was expecting. Being in the first preseason game helps too. I just saw "Rankins carted off field" and panicked

It was either Peat or Ingram that injured him

I hate to hear that. At least he won't miss much of the season. He mainly misses preseason.

Rookies have had some bad luck

Hopefully he's baxk soon, 4-6 would be great for yall. Mike pouncey missed a lot longer than that with the same injury because of complications, hopefully it goes smoother for rankins
