So we’re trading our next year first and this years second and maybe a third to move up?

Exactly.. I just don't see us trading all that.. More like move up in the 2nd round..

Payton feeding shite to his mouth pieces leads me to think there isn’t much substance to this

Looks like something is definitely brewing. Saints Twitter just tweeted "hard eyes."

I said in the other thread I think we move up into the 21-20 range for Farley and that’s it.

This is just CSP doing homework on what it would take. He’s leaking it because it’s too rich for them to move up but wants to get other teams jumpy that totally want to move up like the Bears, Pats and Eagles.

Well yea they’re having fun with all the tweets going off

If you’re trading to 10 it’s not happening until the pick is on the clock

I think the Saints only trade up if there’s a chance to get the player they want at 7. The only two spots we’d trade for is with Detroit and Denver. Carolina and Atlanta would never trade with us. And since we have a relationship with Detroit i think that’s the spot. I don’t think the Saints trade up with the idea “we like a lot of players here let’s move up and grab one of them”. We need depth so we wouldn’t trade up to 7 to see who falls to us. I think they have one player on their mind and if he falls to 7 they make a move for him. If he doesn’t, we stay put.

28 to 10 is a far jump. The conversation starts with next years 1st, plus more. I don’t see that big of a jump happening

Or he wants everyone to think he's moving up for a CB, DL, OL, LB etc and its really for a QB, because they always make you pay more when you're moving up for a QB

We'll trade up but it'll end up being for like pick 22.

Yeah. You could have a potential deal to move talked out, and ride it to see what happens in front of it (especially your div rivals).

Hopefully the trade up price includes getting rid of Peat

Given how big of a trade up is being talked about, I think a QB could be in play here depending on how things play out. Just makes the most sense and most are talking OL or CB right now, which I think is misdirection.

Makes no sense to trade up for Dwayne Haskins, Jordan Love or Blake Bortles.

Agreed. Any of the top 3 fall and we may take. Even if its Lance we still may do it!

If we wouldn’t have traded all those firsts to Green Bay, we could have took the corner they used with our pick and got a pro bowl talent....

And instead we'd be talking about trading up for a passrusher since we didn't take Davenport

We trade up and CB, WR, OT, QB are all possibilities.

Like i said before, If M Parsons slides, he's worth a trade up but not top 10, thinking more like 13 - 15. 2 players that will slide from value will be Parson and Sewell due to QB run. Dont sleep on trading with the Chargers

I don’t think there is any way Chargers pass on Sewell to protect his former teammate and reigning rookie of the year Herbert. Dude is gonna be an absolute superstar if they protect him.
