Do you hate CSP?
He didn't like it either
Thomas said Payton knew about it before the game and said be smart about when he was going to do it.

Hopefully by now all the bloody vaginas have been cleaned up and they can stop being mad at MT.

I use to constantly run my mouth and talk all kinds of shite during games and I was a freaking fullback. Back before cell phone days though

I don't know if this has been mentioned but what would have been really cool is if Thomas had programed Horn's number into the phone and actually called him.

I’m just glad he didn’t fumble the phone

we hadnt made then punt once all game and still had plenty of time left, that stunt could very well have cost us the game at that point and no rational fan can honestly say otherwise.
beyond that it was selfish and stupidity showboating from a player who used to be a role model of decency and how to act like a professional

How big a fine is Mike looking at?
Didn't it cost Joe Horn 30 grand when he did it? I get it was a different time to prove a point and receivers were doing a lot of nonsense.
Might end up being a nice chunk of change for a guy on his rookie deal

Seems like a lot of people have a very loose definition of "clinched"
. Sure, the TD swung the odds of us winning into the 90s, but it wasn't "clinched." Clinched means there is no possible way the other team can tie/win. Considering the Rams are one of the best offenses in the league, had scored 35 on us so far, and we have been prone to giving up huge passing plays all season, it was far from clinched with 3:52 to go.
For the record, I didn't hate the celebration. But it definitely wasn't harmless at the time. All the Captain Hindsights can save their breath telling me how it didn't matter in the end. Sure, it looks funny when it doesn't cost you. And it looks retarded when it does cost you. I'm glad it didn't matter, but you have to acknowledge that it COULD HAVE.
Also, someone in here was laughing at the thought of the Rams getting an onside kick... onside kicks are recovered enough times that you don't just PRESUME it won't happen to you. No reason to invite the risk. Rams have one of the better kickers/special teams in the NFL. They may not have even needed an onside kick anyway if they scored fast enough. I think they had a timeout or two plus the 2 minute warning to try and force a 3 and out.

Funny thing is if cam newton or Julio Jones did the same thing this board would be melting down demanding they be kicked out the league
