How about another shift in the topic. Top Saints plays to occur on the road??

I say exclude the super bowl because at least two or three could be taken from that game alone (porter's pick 6, onsides kick, and moore's 2 pt conversion).

1. River City Relay
2. Brees's INT/Meachem's Strip for a TD in Washington
3. Reggie Flies (Either in Pittsburgh or Miami)
4. 2001 Deuce's passing TD to Big Play Willie J in Atlanta (the day after LSU beat Tennessee in the SEC champ. in that same Georgia Dome)*

*Special place in my heart because I was at both games

Got to go with Meachem Strip. Totally unexpected and personified what the Saints were all about that season.

Instead of hijacking a thread and changing the subject just start a whole new thread

One of the greatest plays that ever happened in the dome that had absolutely zero significance on the game's outcome or towards the season:

Chris Ivory's 76 yard RAC TD

Based on sheer watchability, it's the greatest run-after-the-catch in Saints history, imo. Better than both of Reggie's swing pass RAC TD's in 2006 against Chicago (NFCCG) or in the trouncing of Dallas on SNF earlier that year.

Here's my top 5:
(I was born in 91 so mine will prolly be more recent than some )

1. Porter INT of Favre. The Hartley kick prolly doesn't happen if not for this play. I can just remember my heart dropping when Chester Taylor ran for that long gain. I just knew they were about to kick the game winning FG.

2. Gleason block vs ATL. Wow. This play was probably the most emotional play in sports. I was in tears and it made it even more emotional when Tirico and the other announcers were just silent.

3. Hakim drops the ball. I went to the game the week before (my first game ever) and remember wanting to go to this one so bad! I just remember Willie Jackson being unstoppable and then all of a sudden the Rams became unstoppable. I honestly thought they were gonna come back and win that game. I just let out a huge scream when he dropped it lol.

4. The Deuce run vs Philly in NFC Div round when he carried the pile. He had a hell of a game, and I just remember him getting stopped about the 5 and the pile kept going! The TD catch he had when he jukes Trotter was great too.

5. The double reverse to Devery Henderson on MNF. There were alot I coulda picked but I really liked this one. Brees threw a great block.

Honorable mentions: Reggie TD run vs AZ, Hartley kick in OT, Devery TD in MIN opener or MNF game vs NE, Reggie Punt return TD vs Tampa in 06... Also fourth down stop vs PIT on Halloween this past yr was awesome

My #5 moment isn't a play, but an enitre game: that trouncing of New England in 2009. It had an electric playoff vibe & mass euphoria due to 3.5 hours of flawless domination over the leaugue's most respected team. It signaled our arrival to the nation, and every minute of it was intoxicating.

Close to my #1. To see coach throw in the towel and get Brady out of the game before he got hurt by the Saints"D" was almost priceless.

I was in the dome for that, that was an unbelievable run.

The best for me is the NFC championship game versus the Vikings.

One game that still haunts me was Bartkolski to Jenkings...aka...Big Ben. Falcons beat the Saints. I was in like 5th grade.
