I can see this being an overtime game. Hawks get the ball first, drive it just past midfield, and end up with a 4th and 5. Pete decides to go for it instead of trying to pin us deep in our own territory. Harper comes on the delayed blitz and gets the sack fumble. We recover at their 40. Next play, PA pass to Lance on a crossing route and he takes it to the house.

We win by 6.

I reserve the right to react emotionally during the game, thank you very much. I don't go off the deep end, regardless of what you might think.

I'm somewhat wary of this game going similar to the first meeting. I hope we don't abandon the run game quickly. Right into their hands.

I get staying positive, but sunshine pumpers are just as bad as "negasaints".

Cant just exist as a fan. Have to carry a fricking label? Does it make you cooler to always take the other side of the fan view so as not to be labeled a homer? Paging darren sharpers bitch arse.......

I agree with you, honestly. I feel like I can be critical of the team and still be a fan.

It's 50/50 and if one side is wrong, the other side has to start a ton of threads about it.

The first half was deja vu for me Saturday night, and I'll admit I got frustrated. I just laugh at the people who absolutely knew they would turn it around. I'm stoked and excited they did, but nothing led you to believe they would other than homerism. So it's whatever.

I've been hopeful that this run would be another packer run and we could get the monkey off our back, winning when no one says we should. Other than the super bowl, a win Saturday would be the biggest in franchise history IMO.

Joining in now.

ARE YOU F@CKING STUPID?

So only homers saw we had a chance being down 7-6 at the half?

I'm going to say Saints 24 Seahawks 20. They got that road monkey off their backs, and this team looks the most balanced since the Superbowl team. If Brees had played better in the first half, the saints would have romped the Eagles at their place.

We lose on a missed FG. It's 4 & inches and we do one of those hard count plays to draw then offsides. We jump can't penalized 5 yards and it cause us to miss the FG. Hard fought game by us.

Drew's play didn't have me confident. Going by his performance this year ppb the road, I wasn't optimistic. Our defense was playing great, and the pattern this year had been offense squanders their effort and eventually the defense tires down.

And again, there were people all throughout the Rams and first Seahawks insisting "we had this".
