The Werner drop was bigger. It was on the buffalo 25. That was an automatic 3 points if not more. It hit him in the chest. They scored on that drive. Changed the whole game.

With 2 minutes left in the game and the game essentially over, he had 111 yards passing.

111

He’s only one of 3 QBs in history to go 0-10 and never throw for 250 yards in any of them.

What's he supposed to say..."Spencer Rattler isn't a very good QB and the Saints are wasting their time playing him?"

team has more glaring issues than QB, that’s for sure. Rattler also seems to be playing a bit too safe, won't argue that at all. But to think the old man will play better esp after his combined showing is laughable

IMO give Rattler one more week

Let's just keep trying the same thing and get the same result.

Ok fine, throw Shough out there and let him take 10 sacks and get injured against the best DL in the league

It’s a way smarter approach to wait and let him gain confidence in games that won’t take immediate advantage of his greatest weakness, but yeah, you’re right. frick it!! Let’s just do it!!

I'd say QB is 1a and everything else is 1b

He's a bad QB. If he were on any other team you'd make fun of him and feel thankful that he wasn't our problem.

That's it? You've made your decision on Shough's future based on this? Good thing you're not in charge. I saw more potential in Shough in his preseason snaps than I did in all of Rattler's 10 losses.

Just saying.

Fwiw--Rattler isn't the future of the franchise and maybe Shough isn't either. But it's time to see what they have in Shough. They should give him a long, fair evaluation before the draft. Not just the last few games of the season when the team is already packed up mentally and looking forward to the offseason.
