Has the size and was fairly mobile. Also would be real cheap.

you can go a list several thousand deep with those parameters
Do you not know he is still suspended for 8 games if he would ever return? I don't think he has enough value for any team to carry him for 2 months before having a chance to see what he could possibly do.
I'd look for him on a CFL or arena league roster soon.

Blues, I think all the players were exonerated, including Hargrove. I could be wrong though.
