I liked the response of the defense in the second half but that first half was awful. Turnovers cost us this game man, pure and simple.

Players not on the same page. No take aways. We had way too may give aways. Drew is bad, we are bad. I just feel like teams have figured us out.

why are you scrutinizing the offense for their lack of production but making excuses for the defenses' lack of production? they are one in the same... our defense, though put in a tough spot, didn't do their job... their job is to stop the opponent from scoring... championship teams do this.... we do not... you can infer what you want from my statement, but the FACT is our defense, regardless of who, how, or why, didn't do their job today....

The D adjusts at halftime very well. I'd like to see a comparison of 1st half vs 2nd half stats on our D.
The D has been able to make the stops it needs for the most part. 4 turnovers is what cost us this game. Yes, it's the D's job to stop an offense, but when they're out there for most of the game, they get worn down. I think all things considered, the D played more than well enough for us to win this game had the offense not turned it over more than once or twice. Commit 4 turnovers and you won't win many games in any league, much less the NFL. That being said, Saints still only lost by 6 points.
