With few exceptions this is Sean’s players.
Sean had a tough intensive nature. He would chew butt when players and coaches screwed up.
DA is a more laid back personality.
Both styles work if the players match the style.
These do not. Our players need external motivation. DA is not that kind of coach. .

They've been playing for coaches all their lives, they don't see a reason to play for this one.

Haslett also said it wasnt his job to motivate the players. I guess thats why 90% of hasletts games the players didnt look motivated.
