24 points is actually barely decent defense in today's NFL. Especially with all the new rules that favor the offense. Problem was the other teams defense was great today. Whipped our asses on that side of the ball.

24 pts is not at all close to decent, esp when the O is not dominating.....
New rules hurt D early on but teams have adjusted, except us of course.
D has low expectations and a too risky scheme to make a run against playoff teams. Inept, bereft of talent in several areas, and we let big splash plays occur against bad teams.
We are building ourselves like the colts, when manning falters we lose. Not a good strategy
