At #10, but still.

And are ranked number 14 in total yards allowed.

This is what we've always hoped for

If we can get some production from our WR2/WR3, and keep our O-line at an elite level...

I'm giddy.

If Eli Apple keeps playing like a legitimate CB2, throw the season stats away. Look at what the D has done the last 5 games. I’d say that’s a bit more indicative to how we’re playing.

I could really see kirkwood stepping into that wr2 role over trequan until he gets his butter fingers figured out. Kirkwood is big and fast and with ginn coming back in the slot the only weapon we are missing is a possession TE but watson finally showed up today so that may be taken care of too.

I know its silly to do, but since Week 2, the Saints have the #6 scoring defense, allowing 19.6 points per game.

They've also held their opponents to 17 points or fewer in 5 straight games. This has only happened 5 other times in the NFL over the last 5 years.

I was going to ask what about the outlier of Week 1. Since the rule changes and the limitations put on practice time, Week 1 of the NFL is usually more like a fifth preseason week. Bottom line is we have a top 10 defense. Probably top 6-7 if we had PRob. Davenport is finally feeling the groove again after missing those games.

What’s the update on Marshall? Do we expect him to contribute?

Man, it sucks what happened to to Dez. We could really use him right now
