What is this mythical best game by Winston? He was absolutely horrible for 3 quarters and dug our team into a hole. He put up stats pkaying shotgun every snap against a soft zone defense trying not to lose.

Saints offense put up almost double the points in 3 games than what Winston did while starting.

This is always a funny argument to me. In that 4th quarter there was zone and man, jameis beat man in that 4th especially on the two tds to Thomas.

Did they not play soft zone giving up passes all the way down the field? They may have switched to man close to the goaline and MT made plays.

Was he not in shotgun every single snap where he didn’t have to read the defenses or make pre snap adjustments?

Maybe the ginger has more tds in the red zone if he had a healthy MT for any of his games.

Why do you suck so bad on this board? Truly a mystery to me.

No. One was a fade to Mike midfield that was one of the best passes of the season

This board sucks in general. I make these threads to stir it up. I'm usually never the contrarian.

I'm not sure what you've read but itt I've stated that we all know dalton isn't the guy leading you to the playoffs, but with jameis you at least get a high 2nd rd draft pick if it blows up on you and you can move on from him.

High 2nd Round Pick? What are you talking about?

My only point is if its debatable that Andy Dalton, who isn't any good, is a better QB than you, then you suck too.

I haven't seen any of his alleged talent on display in his tenure with the Saints.

If jameis is truly as bad as he's made out to be we can get a high 2nd round pick in the draft due to our bad record and not having our 1st.

Dalton is bad enough that we have to hide him with taysom. The Bengals figured us out in the 2nd half and we put up 6 points. At this point you have to figure out if jameis with a fully healthy roster with reps can do anything, and he hasn't had the game reps. Not healthy. The division is still very winnable but we ain't winning shite with Dalton.

Wrong, crab legs had 3 healthy WRs when he was playing. His horrible passes actually injured Landry.

Taysom had 8 opportunities in two games with Jameis. Gained 81 and a TD against the falcons. He’s had 19 in 3 games with Dalton.

He’s touched the ball a whopping 2 times more per game with Dalton.

ETA: Why are you downvoting facts? Because they don’t fit your narrative?

Now it’s being reported that Dalton got a, wait for it……..BACK INJURY during the game.

So hurt Dalton is better than hurt Winston. Ouch.

Lol. 168 yards vs 269 and Dalton played better in the games in which they hurt their back. Lol

One threw 3 picks, including a pick 6. You already know which one that was though.

Ah. So he was trash for 3 quarters while he was healthy? Interesting.

And yet he still played better than Andy's best game. Interesting.

Good thing he dug them into that multi-score hole so he could pile up the stats.

Lol. I hate it when my qb piles up stats to win a game. Hate it!
