That last FG is all on Dennis Allen for not having the team in punt safe on that previous Vikings 4th down. That 4th & 2 at that point of the field was prime fake punt position.

The exact reason you can’t really lay a ton of blame on them. Yes there have been a couple of mistakes on D, but they’ve largely played pretty well considering little help from the O or ST and often dealing with short fields to start drives
