re: Taysom Hill: Role isn’t necessarily what I want, but it’s best for the team

Yeah, and when he fumbles it behind center you'll pull up some obscure jameis int stat from 3 years ago.
or when he doesn't, you'll be the one still talking about obscure stats from 3 years ago.

@JohnJHendrix
Taysom Hill was handling some kickoffs in walkthroughs. Will be interesting to see if that happens any.
Dude does literally anything on the football field... MUH HE's SO OVERPAID OMG THE WORSTS CONTRACTS EVA CAUSE I'M A BUTTHURT BITCH.

He's always getting hurt because he pretends his body is a sledgehammer that can pulverize his opponents trying to tackle him.

this is silly and not factual.

Oh, really, then in your mind what is his running style??

stick to argument about his injuries. he had a near career ending concussion cause jameis was jameising a pass to him left him to dry. then some feet injuries. no idea what this rib issue was about in camp without pads on.

funny bc it was dime between two defenders Hill should’ve caught.
it was a floating career ender that taysom had to near lay out for to catch then was 100% vulnerable with an incoming blind defender from the outside.

quote:I am sticking to the argument, and that is my argument, Hill has a running style that is conducive to being or getting hurt a lot. He runs straight ahead, full steam ahead I should say which is fun to watch because he gives a lick as good as he takes, but this style of running is prone to injuries and he's had a lot going back to college. You can get a lot of injuries like nicks and bruises, knee injuries, hyperextensions from running like that and he has as well as the main concern - concussions. I'm not talking about what happened with Winston passing to him, you are, I'm talking about concussions overall and he has had a few as he admitted to in an interview one time.
stick to the argument about his injuries.

Funny ya see what ya want to see Cbaw. You can either float it throw it into the defenders back I guess. Catch the ball!

that doesn't look like someone cowering away from a catch. Jameising...
Posted on 8/10/22 at 11:03 am to Chad504boy
He may not be cowering, but that pass didn't leave him left to dry or near lay out like you're claiming.

He also got hurt before the last two seasons Chad. Stick to all of the injuries he's had. Not just ones you try to sweep under a rug.

The still shows the inability to corral a beautifully placed ball
The live shot will show you a guy who begins to go the ground prematurely and only gets one hand on said beautifully placed ball

he's had 2 very good career years. The rest (most of his pay days) were average.

LINK
Youtube link. I watched it several times at different speeds. I tend to think the pass is just slightly overthrown. I don't think he cowers. He may have adjusted his route.
