Looks like Gifford also has 2 int as a defender.

But taysom has blocked two punts.

I give the nod to taysom on that. Blocking punts in the modern day nfl isn’t easy.

Comparing NFL times of 66 years apart is just not the same. Gifford was great in his day no doubt. The specimens that Taysom has to play against in the modern NFL is ridiculous. To go from a QB to a blocking back, running routes, special teams gunners, blocking punts, punt protector, Running back, i mean, there's just hardly any comparisons to this.

Guido Merkens was not near the talent of Taysom Hill, but he could play just about any position he was needed at.

I think there are zero comparisons.

Taysom is 7-2 as a qb in games he’s started. He’s blocked punts. He’s covered kicks. He plays TE. And perhaps most impressively at 33 he still looks like one of the best athletes on the field.
