Starts at the top

I've been watching the Saints since Mecom was the owner. It was like being led into the sunlight when Benson bought the team and changed the front office and, as importantly, the culture of the organization. Now he's gone and they're left with an aloof owner. It's obvious how organizational culture starts at the top and filters down. U can see it in teams like Patriots, Eagles, Falcons, Chiefs, Steelers, etc and across other sports. Of course there are exceptions and every team has ups and downs but sustained success will not occur without proper leadership from the top. I gave up last night (until next game??) after the first half-i refused to waste more time. But i still love the Saints.
