Keep the rookies, empty the roster for draft picks or unload big contracts.

I don't think a QB is coming up worth tanking for this year, so roll with Rattler and embrace the suck through a rebuilding year. Draft a franchise OT.

Keep kubiak, hire Saleh as DC, dump DA and find a decent coach. Dig out of cap hell.

'25 will be painful but we just need to rip the bandaid off.

Agree:

Trade Lattimore and Kamara now!!! It's literally pointless to not get anything for them

I mean, i agree. But our cap space sucks, and we have guys we HAVE to keep because the cap hit is way to high. We have to suck for 3 years before we tank. But I would do everything I could to trade guys for picks and just stockpile for maybe 2 or 3 years from now.

It's the only way to truly rebuild.

If we take any of the Minnesota loses and turned those into wins, we'd probably have another Lombardi and costing us the future would have been worth it. The fact that we didn't get those wins, and we kept selling the future for the now, but kept getting worse is why we are in our current situation and also why CSP left.

Didn't stop the damn donkeys from unloading Russ and just eating the cap hit.

I'd gladly suffer through the rest of this year and '25 if we'd finally blow up our cap hell and commit to a rebuild. 1.5 years of pain vs 3 yrs of mediocrity and suckage before starting the rebuild. No brainer.

Russ was one bad contract. I suggest doing some research on our TERRIBLE contracts on this team, and the dead money we'd be out of.

These suggestions are spot on but ML will be the one to make this decision.
If ML is still GM we still won`t have a personel guy to get quality players.

We literally can’t do that as posted. The cap is so fricked we need to keep pushing money forward to not be underwater.
