if they would call this an "incentive program" instead of a "bounty program" it would take away from the sensationalism that is this story...they weren't doing anything that teams aren't doing anyway, they just had an extra incentive to do it

When players make big hits they go celebrate them, watch it come to the fact that there will be unsportsmanlike conduct penalties for celebrating and promoting big hits. It'll be just like the removal of the "cut throat" celebration years ago.
