Even if all of the people suddenly coming out of hiding are right, it’s still not wasted. At some point the team had to address the cap while loading up on young take talent. Cap has been addressed, and they have loaded up on young players. Whether or not they qualify at “talent” is TBD, but it’s still the steps in the right direction
