I expect the front 7 to stop the run and get pressure on the QB, freeing the secondary up to make plays.

I don't expect a world beater defense. I just expect a defense that has sound fundamentals that he can build on.

You are going to see less line stunts, and a little more focus on controlling gaps in the earlier downs. You'll definitely see a lot less blitzing, but if he has to, it'll be the OLBers blitzing, not Harper.

I was reading an interesting thing the other day, I forget the website. Some DCs (Belichick, guy from GB, a couple others) actually like the illusion of pressure more than actual sacks, because it gives the QB a chance to make a horrid decision.
