The board seems to be overwhelmingly in favor of this trade. Just checking the temp here.

And I’m aware of the grand jury decisions. Still just curious what the board thinks.

I have no clue. I hope the team does its due diligence on the matter and just whether he is ready to handle that shite storm that will come when he returns to the nfl. If they think he did it or that he can't handle the situation then I hope we don't go for him

Wintson legit Sexually Assaulted a girl. Working on her uber shift. Not to mention the rape charge. Another case.

Watson was cleared from a grand jury. Didnt settle.

From what it sounds like he solicited women during massages.

I'll let you know after he's traded. If he's a saint, he was guilty of a buncha heathen women staining his good name. If he's anywhere else, he's a slime ball that should be banned from the nfl

Not saying i’m for or against watson as I don’t know the facts/evidence, but a grand jury not indicting doesn’t mean he was cleared. Also, the civil suits are still going on

Not being indicted is a pretty big deal though when you consider it's just the DA presenting his case, no defense

Grand jury usually asks and ADA typically points out flaws in the case too

Still, getting an indictment isn't tough if you have even a decent case

no one knows, but its clear the legal part is over so as far as anything stopping anyone from trying to get him, he is at this point for sale to the highest bidder he likes to play for. the rest doesnt matter and im sure it will cost him some $$$$ to make it all go away, but thats as far as it goes.

No. It means the grand jury found there currently isn’t enough probable cause to formally bring charges. Idk the testimony or other evidence in this case, but, if something else is discovered, charges could still be brought

Just depends. Could be there needs more investigation. Like I said though, Idk the facts or evidence. Just pointing out it doesn’t mean he was cleared or “found not guilty” like I’ve seen other places

He was a high character guy up until that point. He is still a young guy who gained alot of fame quickly. I think he probably liked getting massages and shot his shot at some of the masseuses. A bunch of them got together and thought they can get some money out of it. I think he was inappropriate but I don’t think he is a predator or assaulted anyone

This all seems very plausible but I also have learned that you just never know with some people

The accusations came during his holdout from the organization. You mess with rich peoples' money, you find out. I think there's a lesson to be learned here (choose your fights wisely). A lot of people need money to get ahead in life.......not hard to believe that twenty something masseuses are some of those people. Anyone can be bought. Just sayin
