I know that we have a good defense and Seattle allowed 45 points, but this game does not look good for us. Lattimore gave up a lot vs Jefferson and this week he'll have Metcalf and I can just about guarantee that a scuffle will happen, along with penalties.

Geno looked ok completing 23 of 30 for 300 yards and 0 Ints.

Metcalf and Lockett combined for almost 250 yards receiving and Penny had 150 yards on the ground. Is Adebo back, or Alontae?

I know that they played the Lions, but still...I wouldn't exactly say that we're much better.

Seattle has a very poor total defense. Teams are gashing them on the ground for over a 150 tds. p/g and over 270 yds. through the air. Guess who's defense is even worse on the ground and through the air? That's right the Lions. Not much of a test there.

The Lions would beat our arse. They have a great offense.

Completely different WR and style

The past two weeks we've seen desperate teams in need of a win at home Week 3 (Carolina) & Week 4 (Las Vegas) both come away with wins. The Saints are in that same position. You should like the Saints even more. They're a favorite for a reason.

Eh, I don't worry about styles of play. He'll have his hands full and I guarantee a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct. Metcalf will bait him in and he'll fall for it.

Metcalf is a big physical WR while Jefferson is a more finesse-cutting WR. Big difference.

Tell me you don't watch games without telling me you don't watch games. DK literally threw Lattimore down on a go-route last year.

I think I read the Lions are the # 1 offense, averaging 35 points per game, but the #32 defense, giving up 35.5 points a game ... that is crazy.

Detroit's defense gives up 35 points a game on average. They are terrible. Seattle will not put up a 40 burger on our defense.

With the Saints having so many banged up offensive players this is the defense you want to face.

I'll admit that I haven't watched a game this season just because of how ugly it's been. I get that Metcalf bullied Lattimore, but now knowing that they can get away with it and it's typically the second guy who gets penalized rather than the one who starts it, we'll wait and see what happens.

That is crazy....didn't we have a season or two like that? #1 offense and close to, if not dead-last defense?

I remember when we had to put up at least 30 a game to even come close to winning with the defense being so horrible.

The big thing is, can the defense hold up for 4 quarters again without a big offensive showing?

Will 14 points, IF we can score that, be enough to win? Or will the offensive turnovers and penalties put us in a hole that we can't climb out of?

I think if we have zero turnovers, we can possibly pull out a W.

So, the game plan will be to throw the ball 35+ times and run maybe 10 times.
