Kubiak's offense is built around a heavy run game. Once the defense commits to stopping the run he likes to take shots with PA plays.

With all the injuries to the offense line, is it gonna be possible to stay true to our offense on Sunday, or will we see an underwhelming side of the offense like we saw against the eagles.

Not sure how the game is going to go, but with the losses to our line, I don't think it's looking good.

IMO, this is where he earns his check, and definitely his next check. Kubiak appears to be one of those guys that develops his plays and play calling to the strengths of the players at his disposal and works to hide their weaknesses/deficiencies. You lose a key part of that (McCoy) in the game you may have lost a week of preparation as you now have to adjust the scheme to what is now at your disposal.

Going into this week, he knows he will be without McCoy; and he should have a feel where Ruiz, AK & Taysom stand with potentially playing this weekend. He will now have a full week to structure his scheme, play design and play calling to who he should expect to have at his disposal this week.

No way in hell they win the next 3 games. 2-4 then it should be time to tank. 2-15 would be nice

We may have seen a Kubiak weakness surface during the Eagles game. That weakness may be an inability to adjust to what the defense is doing

What I read is that the Eagles sold out to stop the saints run by going to 6-1 alignment. Now, to Kubiak credit he was without Hill and then lost McCoy. But even with those losses Kubiak stuck to the run, even on 4th down.

After learning what the Eagles did to stop the offense it does give me some respect for the offense performance. Being down players and facing a 6 man front, they still managed to move the ball some. However, it seems there should have been adjustment a made to take advantage of the Eagles selling out with that 6 man front.

I think Carolina and Dallas suck. But I also think the eagles are a really tough team and we should’ve beat them. Give them credit for controlling possession and making some clutch plays. But we could easily be undefeated. The entire offense needs to be better, not just the O-line.

The problem with adjusting away from the run game is that you will now be required to pass more. Did you see this offensive line trying to pass block during the Philly game?

Also, the poster above me will be around to answer any questions you may have about the increased risk of putting the ball in Carr's hands more often; especially with pressure up the middle

This team goes as far as the OL takes it. If the OL is better than the opposing DL the Saints will win.

Derek Carr is not good enough and the Saints don't have enough offensive weapons (especially at TE) to overcome subpar OL play.

I don’t give a crap what kind of scheme you have….. if 4 of 5 position players have below average NFL talent…

You are Toast !!

They tried with play action but plays were being blown up too quickly.

I think we're going to have to attach the perimeter and avoid straight up the gut.

You have to adjust to quick.throws or screens that take advantage of a rush. Chip and go outs and crosses, wr screens, bring everyone in tight and roll out and play half the field.

Continuing to run into their strength is just not going to get it done.

Taysom plus a 2 TE set. We will slowly move the rock with some timely shots down field.

I feel good about this game. 21-13.
