QB-Saints - no brainer

RB-Saints- its a team right? well the saints running game is better than minny's. stats don't lie. so yes, AP is better than anyone on the saints, but pierre + bell + bush > AP

Receiving Corps-Saints - this one shows how stupid you are. saints starting 3 receivers (colston, henderson, meachem) are better than anyone on the vikings roster. and then throw shockey is for kicks.

O-Line-Saints- again, one of the top ranked rushing and passing games, plus a qb who never gets sacked = one of the best lines in the league

D-Line-Push- Jared Allen is great. Will Smith has been great as well. add that sedrick ellis and out d-line can go toe-to-toe with yours

Linebackers-Vikings

Secondary-Saints

Punting-Saints

Kicking-Vikings

Special Teams-Vikings - give you the edge because of Harvin, but our punter will make him a non factor (see wes welker)

Coaching-Saints - a well coached team will always win. saints coaches are at the top of their game.

saints would win probably 42-17. saints score some quick tds, viking abandon run game. peterson is a non factor in the passing game. saints cb's devour viking receivers (see the pats). sharper picks off two of favre's forced throws. game out of control by the third

the Saints are looking like one of the best teams of all time. winning a SB will just prove it.

Name one GM in the league that would take those 3 backs over AP. Also, some teams are still game planning solely to stop AP (which is one reason Favre is lighting teams up). If you are wondering why Favre threw 48 times against the Bears, it's because the Bears kept stacking the box. Chester Taylor is no slouch and would start for multiple teams.

This is where you really show your ignorance. Sidney Rice and Colston are a wash. Berrian has had a more productive career than anyone on the Saints excluding Colston. Lastly, I'd take Harvin over any Saints receiver not named Colston. The Saints are deeper at receiver, but less talented at the top. I believe the Saints have not one but two TEs that are better than what the Vikings have(Shockey and Thomas).

This is just retarded.

It's obvious the Saints have the coaching advantage, but saying the better coached team always wins is fricking stupid. I'm sure in the history of football a badly coached team has never beaten a well coached team. Also, big players make big plays. The Vikings have the better playmakers.

I'd say the Vikings are better than the Colts but worse than the Saints as of now. Predicting a 42-17 score just shows how much of a homer you are. Do you really think the Saints are 25 points better than the next best team in the league?

Agreed. Can't believe how delusional some of our own fans are. Oh wait --- I can.

I agreed with most of that. I think Flowbie is a major jackass, but some of our fans are going a little overboard with how much better they thing the Saints are than the Vikings. No rational Saints fan would think our Dline is as good as the Vikings. I think the Vikings and Saints are close, but the Saints have shown more this year and would probably be favored if they played tomorrow.

I think homefield will play a huge role in this game. It will probably be the deciding factor.

Definitely true. Ran for 1200 yards the year before we drafted Adrian

In my opinion, the Vikings have the best talent in the NFL. But the Saints have a great coaching staff to go along with a lot of talent.

Put it this way, if the Vikings had Darren Sharper and Gregg Williams, I don't think anyone would beat them.

But they were dumb enough to think Sharper was washed up bc they stick to that Cover 2 scheme.

But the Vikings may have the best roster I've seen in the NFL this decade if Favre keeps playing the way he is. Tons of playmakers, top OL, top DL, etc.

Their only weakness is safety, again, bc they were dumb enough to think Sharper is washed up.

Nah they really didn't think he was washed up, just had a young guy in Tyrell Johnson that played decent last year so no sense in keeping Sharper. He does more in your scheme then he would have in ours anyways, not like he would be having the same season if we kept him

That's why I mentioned the Cover 2. Your fans all told us he was washed up, when the real reason he wasn't making a lot of plays is bc the Cover 2 restricts safeties to only cover their part of the field.

From what I've seen this year, Johnson hasn't played very well. I remember Vernon Davis killing you down the middle in that SF game.

The Vikings have a great roster, but seem to give up a lot of yards passing when you consider that they have maybe the best DE in football rushing the passer.

Lets base it on statistics.... Brees is better than Farve in Passer Rating, TDs, Yards, and Wins.

Saints Rushing Offense 154 yds/game 18 TDs. Minn 129 yds/ game and 13 TDs. Hmmmmm....

Saints receiving leads Minnesota in Yds/game and TDs as well.

So we run the ball and pass the ball better than the Vikes, yet the Vikes have a better OL?? Makes no sense. We are better in every offensive category.

On defense....Saints have 31 takeaways, Vikes have 16. Saints 20 pics to 9 for the Vikes. Vikes allowing 18.5 pts/game and the Saints allow 19/game. 303 to 330 yds/game edge to the Vikes...

Saints offense >>>>>> Vikes Offense

Saints Defense <> Vikes Defense

Saints 38-20
