Yes another Suh thread is necessary. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Suh will read this board and decide to come here due to the tigerdroppings love.

New Orleans Saints The Saints are obviously on the lookout for a disruptive defensive tackle since they brought in Muhammad Wilkerson for a visit last week and signed Nick Fairley to a long-term deal last year before his heart issue was discovered. Whether they’re interested in Suh (and his price tag) remains to be seen. But this is a good year to be in the market for a DT with Suh, Wilkerson, Sheldon Richardson, Star Lotulelei and Dontari Poe among the possibilities. -- Michael Triplett

That article is from 2 days ago. I do hope they try to get him, though.

So what's the difference in winning a bidding war or just trading MIA a 6/7th round pick for him before they release him>?

Y'all need to realize that team continuity in the locker room means way more then yall are giving it credit for. The reason we were so good last year with such young players is because they all got along and we're all on the same page. You do not want to interfere with that and mess it up by bringing in a locker room cancer it will kill the team dynamic.
He can go kick rocks somewhere else. We don't need him getting all stupid on a third and long and costing us the freaking game because hes a hothead titty baby. No thank you.

You don’t want to add an elite defensive lineman?
That’s wild.
That’s wild.

What about then other 50-60 3rd downs where he makes a good play?

Dolphins DT Ndamukong Suh moved by teammates voting him captain
quote:
It’s been an emphasis for him, which is why it meant a lot to learn that the players elected him as one of five permanent team captains for the 2017 season.
quote:
“It’s a huge honor,” he said. “I think anyone would say that about having your peers vote you as a captain. No matter what, being able to have a C on your chest is great, but at the same time, the guys who don’t have C’s on their chest for game day are still expected to continue to be leaders and understand that they have an ultimate role. There have been times in the past, especially when I was a younger guy, where I know I probably wasn’t going to get a C on my chest, but at the end of the day, I understood what my role was, what I needed to do and how I could help other people and be a leader in my own way.
“Without question, it definitely means something.”
quote:
He’s been particularly proactive with his teammates this season. He immediately reached out to defensive tackles Davon Godchaux and Vincent Taylor when the Dolphins drafted him, and called linebacker Lawrence Timmons when he abruptly left the team this week.
quote:
Left tackle Branden Albert added: "The only opinions that matter are the people that's in the locker room. I feel like if you ask anybody in the locker room about him, he's a good guy. ... A man's dominating a grown man, I don't know if that's dirty. He's just got that much power. I don't see him doing anything. I see him dominating. That's the only thing I can say -- he's a dominating force."
quote:
"Since I've been here, Suh's done everything right," said Adam Gase. "He's played hard. He's tried to do everything he can do to help our defense play well. It's hard for me to comment on something that I wasn't really sure what [Blount] was talking about or what incident he was talking about. I can't say. I don't really understand what he was getting at there."
quote:
Quarterback Matthew Stafford and All Pro receiver Calvin Johnson are the captains on offense. Kicker David Akers and safety John Wendling are the special teams captains. And on defense, linebacker Stephen Tulloch and defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh got the nod.
quote:
"I'd be lying to you if I didn't say (I wanted to be a captain)," he said. "Anybody in any situation of mine ... it's always really something prideful that you can take. Something that's an honor.
"Something that you can appreciate that your teammates, in essence, look up to you and they want you to lead them."
Suh has taken on more of leadership role this season with Kyle Vanden Bosch and Corey Williams no longer around. Suh has accepted his new status and has really embraced it.
"I think it's just part of his growth," head coach Jim Schwartz said. "Each step along the way he's done a better job with everything that goes on. He's always been a great player.
"We saw the same maturation with Calvin Johnson and saw the same thing with Matt Stafford. As they were around, they got more and more respect from their teammates and I think it's reflective of that."
Captains are voted on by the players.
Sounds like a guy you love to have on your side. If you are playing against him, you hate him.
And all this on top of a crazy work ethic and knowledge of defensive schemes

Gyno dropping knowledge. Suh is a guy you want on your team and don’t want to play against
Posted on 3/14/18 at 10:25 am to GynoSandberg
Exactly. I will say if he goes and stomps on someone's arm or kicks someone in the ding ding as a Saints player, I'm gonna say he should be suspended just as I did when he was on other teams.

I don't think the problem is that Suh is a locker room cancer, I've never heard that about him. I've always heard what Gyno posted, that he's loved by teammates.
The knock on Suh is that he's a dirty player that gets too heated at times and takes cheap shots.
I'm not advocating for Suh (because I don't want to see the penalties I think he may bring), but I wouldn't hate it either.

Thank You, it’s always funny to read people’s opinions about players based off of Twitter and 2 or 3 video clips. Also, Suh has had some of his best seasons overall the last 3 years.

I wouldn't mind the penalty yardage for that

Eh. That one might be worth the suspension!
