our cap room looks good now.. but that's gonna change dramatically next yr. it doesn't look too good. we've got like 1 real pick next yr.. i dunno whats going to happen..

You people are freaking nuts. The Saints are 1-2. They've been on the wrong end of those two close games, sure. But, old Saint teams would have NEVER played with teams like the Broncos. Wake up, fools. This team is still really good at football. Y'all are really bad at not wetting the bed. Nancies. Grow a pair.

with the 32nd overall pick i dont think it'll hurt our cap room to much

Crack! is bad for your health we are the Cubs of NFL
Posted on 9/24/08 at 4:17 pm to SaintsDiehard
The Cubs are the best team in the National Leauge this year.

i think the saints are going to be great this season. 10-6.. i'm just saying next season has loads of concerns.. but who cares.. the time is still now and everything will work out.
our defense may be bad.. but atleast our team can march the field against any nfl team. atleast we get to see our team put up points week in and week out. i can completely appreciate that and this team.

We were too in 2006 but there is something called playoffs that you have to win to advance for the real prize. You know where I'm going

WTF in wrong with you people? Didnt we start 0-4 last year? Chill out. We aren't doing nearly as bad. We will improve.
Payton is a great coach. I like the guy and I've never said that about a NOLA coach.

Sean P. is a good coach not a great one. If you're a true Saints fan you can sit back and just think of all the bone head calls that have led to us losing games. Yeah grant it he has balls but you don't think with your balls. Or do you?

Hold the line SaintsDiehard, b/c you speak the truth. These homers on this board are total douche bags, especially whofag. Any legitimate criticism that is leveled at Sean Payton is grounds to have your fan status rejected. Sean Payton just received an undeserved contract extension, and we have the right to criticize it until proven otherwise.
A lot of Payton's weaknesses have been masked by a future Hall of Fame quarterback in Drew Brees. His stubborn play calling and his neglect of the defensive side of the ball are real problems that will hurt the Saints. A record that is virtually identical to Haslett's over the same period of time is not worth a five year extension. His play calling has cost us two games already. How many more in the future?

not so if you make the proper off season changes. fire secondary coach and maybe the coordinator. draft good cover corners or hit the market hard.

Right lets be totally predictable.
