Saints are being negligent allowing Carr to play.

2 concussions in 3 weeks. The closer together concussions are in time, the bigger the risk of significant future damage and CTE.
They should protect this guy.

The FO I think wants him retired due to health conditions and DA wants him to save his arse. And all the while Carr probably doesn't know what day it is.

That is why the NFL requires independent doctors to conduct the concussion protocol. They don't want the team to have any say so because they don't want football considerations to have any influence on the decision. Carr probably doesn't want Jameis to light it up against the Panthers and create more of a QB controversy.

It is up to the NFL, the Saints, and team doctors to follow concussion protocols and not the players’ responsibility. The protocols are designed to keep Carr safe. The NFL can override the Saints’ decision to let him play. This looks bad for the NFL.

Negligence includes allowing DA to coach.

Correct.
Didn't Hines Ward once admit, after he retired, to cheating on concussion tests so he could get back on the field?

Is it certain that he had a concussion?
I think they sometimes use the protocol when a player takes a big shot to the head just to make sure symptoms don’t show up a few days later.

You are correct Sir!. DA had a winning record. Carr wouldn't play today.

Never heard Ward say it, but did hear Manning talk about working the system after he retired. Something about how they would game the system with the control questions before the season/games
